What’s New with Scheduling This Year?
VMware has been continually improving the session scheduling experience, and this year is no exception. Here’s what you can expect:
- Personalized Recommendations: The platform now leverages your role, interests (as indicated during registration), and past Explore activity to suggest sessions you might find valuable. Pay attention to the “Recommended for You” section!
- Enhanced Filtering: Refine your search with more granular filters. You can now filter by:
- Track: Focus on specific areas like Multi-Cloud, Networking & Security, Developer, and more.
- Format: Choose from sessions, workshops, labs, Chalk Talks, Quick Talks, and more.
- Product: Drill down to sessions specific to VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, Tanzu, Aria, and other key products.
- Level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
How to Schedule Your Sessions:
- Log In: Head to the VMware Explore Session Catalog: VMware Explore 2025 Session Catalog
- Browse or Search: Start exploring! You can browse by track, or use the search bar to find sessions on specific topics.
- Add to Schedule: Found a session you like? Click the “+” icon to add it to your “My Schedule.”
- Review & Adjust: “My Schedule” is your central hub. Review your selections, make adjustments, and prioritize.
- Sync to Mobile: Download the VMware Explore mobile app (available on iOS and Android) and log in with your credentials to sync your schedule. This is essential for navigating the event and receiving updates.
